4 nurturing yoga practices - some dynamic and energising and some soft and nourishing

Moon-bathing and star gazing around the campfire, walks, downtime and space to simply be.

The Farmstead has rooms across a beautiful old farmhouse, a stunning new converted barn, a sweet converted stable and an absolutely gorgeous shepherds hut.

    — Breakfast as brunch will be served at 11am

  • The yoga I teach is suitable for all - I offer modifications and progressions whatever your level.

  • My retreats are inclusive, whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple or with friends. We come together to practise but I offer plenty of free time if you wish to have time to yourself.

  • Not at all! This time is carved out for you - everything on the schedule is optional. These 3 days are a chance for you to relax and give your body what it needs.

  • All meals will be vegetarian/vegan but please do let me know if you have special requirements or allergies.
