RELAX AND RESET

A yoga retreat in beautiful Alentejo, Portugal

Saturday 11th May - Thursday 16th May 2024

Join me in the beautiful region of Alentejo, Portugal and create time to reset, reconnect to your authentic self and immerse yourself in nature.

Through the transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation we’ll discover the power of the body’s innate intelligence and wisdom. I will always meet you where you are right now, in mind and body, and I encourage you to do the same. Always with self compassion, kindness and curiosity.

About the venue

Introducing Quinta Camarena. This stunning venue is immersed in nature, just 15 minutes from the coast and near the picturesque village of Cercal.

Poolside scene with a yellow lounge chair, hat, sunglasses, and a bag, near a swimming pool with a tiled edge and grassy area with plants and flowers.

I felt drawn to this venue because sustainability is at the core of everything they do. They only work with local farmers and much of the delicious food we’ll eat is grown at the quinta.

A bedroom with a wooden ceiling, blue textured walls, a bed with white bedding and a geometric accent pillow, a small side table with flowers, an open closet with hanging clothes and shelves, a stairway leading to a door, and framed art and decoration on the walls.
A cozy bedroom with white walls, a wooden bed with white bedding, and decorative pillows in orange, red, and gold. An open window with beige curtains reveals green outdoor scenery. Side table with books and reed diffuser is next to the bed. A wall-mounted light fixture with glass shades is above the bed.

Cost

Spaces for the Portugal retreat are limited, allowing for a deeper connection with nature and self.

The quinta offers two types of accommodation (all with ensuite bathrooms):

Situated in the traditional country house. Rustic bedrooms are perfect if you’re coming to the retreat with friends.

£1,350 Single occupancy

£1,150 Sharing

£1,550 Single occupancy

£1,350 Sharing

Please note that reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £350. If you have any questions, you can email me via either button above.

Location

Alentejo is situated approx 2 hours by car from Lisbon airport. I will be sending out a recommended flight to all retreaters and arranging transfers if you take this option.

One last note

If you're craving a chance to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of spring and in need of some well-deserved post-winter awakening, I invite you to join me.

With a schedule of yoga, meditation, hikes, wine tasting and beach trips you won't be short of things to do, but as always everything is optional. If you want to just laze in a hammock all day with your book that's ok too. This is your time to relax and reset.

My teaching encourages an approach that works from the inside out. It invites deep exploration of the worlds within, reigniting a curiosity and wonder that often gets lost in the whirlwind of modern life.

We’ll move, sweat, breathe and release all the pleasure, peace and power this wonderful practice has to offer.
